Beverage Manufacturing Capabilities

We manufacture beverages in plastic, glass, and aluminum containers from 1 oz shots to 64 oz bottles. Our filling lines are designed to handle a wide range of bottle shapes, closures, and label formats, including shrink sleeves and pressure-sensitive labels.

Our facility supports both hot-fill and cold-fill production depending on the requirements of the beverage.

Pilot Runs and Moderate-Cost Launches

Many new brands begin with a pilot or trial production run before investing in larger commercial volumes. This allows you to evaluate the product in the market, collect customer feedback, and make adjustments to flavor, packaging, or positioning before scaling up production.

Pilot production is also useful for investor samples, retailer presentations, limited launches, and online market testing.

Shelf-Stable Beverage Manufacturing

Our manufacturing systems are designed to produce shelf-stable beverages for ambient storage. Products are manufactured using validated processing methods and reviewed by a Process Authority when required.

We assist customers with process filings and production documentation required for commercial distribution.

Facility and Production Capacity

Nutrition Laboratories operates out of two buildings with three clean-room style manufacturing spaces plus warehouse and pack-out areas, including frozen storage for temperature-sensitive ingredients.

Our production systems support both small pilot batches and larger commercial manufacturing runs depending on the product format and packaging configuration.

Certifications

Nutrition Laboratories operates under NSF GMP certification and also manufactures Organic and Kosher products.
