CUSTOMER VISITS
We welcome customers and prospective customers to visit our facility, learn more about our operations, and meet members of our team.
Scheduling Your Visit
Our normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our team’s lunch period is between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.. Whenever possible, please arrange your visit at least one week in advance so that we can reserve sufficient time for you and avoid scheduling conflicts. Please also let us know the purpose of your visit and how many people will be attending. If you are visiting the Clearwater area without an appointment and would like to stop by, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you.
Arrival and Visitor Procedures
Upon arrival, visitors will be asked to:
• Sign in and provide identification
• Follow applicable safety and hygiene instructions
• Remain accompanied by a Nutrition Laboratories representative
Pets are not permitted, except for trained service animals.
Health and Hygiene
Because we manufacture food products and dietary supplements, visitors must follow our health and hygiene requirements.
Please postpone your visit if you have a fever, sore throat, persistent cough, gastrointestinal symptoms, or any other sign of a contagious illness. Visitors may also be asked to follow additional hygiene or safety procedures upon arrival. Eating, smoking, and vaping are not permitted in our facility.
Meeting Our Team
During your visit, you will have an opportunity to meet with members of our management and quality teams, ask questions about our operations, and discuss your manufacturing requirements. Relevant standard operating procedures and quality-system documents may be reviewed upon request, subject to confidentiality, document-control, regulatory, and proprietary-information restrictions. Copying or photographing such documents is not permitted. Product samples, documents, or other materials may not be removed from the facility unless authorized by Nutrition Laboratories.
Viewing Production
Visitors may observe one of our production lines through a viewing window. Customers and other visitors are not permitted to enter the production areas, and we do not offer plant walk-throughs or tours. Although we are a beverage manufacturing facility, our production rooms are operated under clean-room-style controls. Production employees wear appropriate protective clothing, including gowns, hair coverings, masks, and gloves. They also follow required handwashing, footwear-cleaning, and sanitation procedures before entering controlled production areas. Restricting visitor access helps us maintain sanitary conditions and protect the products being manufactured.
Customer Confidentiality
During normal operations, products belonging to multiple customers may be present in the facility at various stages of manufacturing, packaging, testing, or storage. We maintain confidentiality agreements with our customers and take those obligations seriously. To protect customer formulations, packaging, production information, supplier information, and other confidential materials, we do not allow walk-throughs or tours of the plant. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted unless approved in advance by Nutrition Laboratories.
Product Displays
Visitors may see bottle samples and examples of beverages that we have manufactured. We show only products for which the customer has not objected to public display. Products, labels, formulations, and other materials belonging to customers who require confidentiality are not displayed or disclosed..
