We prefer to flash pasteurize (HTST) and then either hot fill or cold fill depending on the container. We can also batch pasteurize if required for the product (such as gels). Trial run = 3-4 weeks after we have all components on hand. Longer runs such as 500K shots = 6-8 weeks. Current capacity is 100,000 shots/day or 75,000 16oz bottles/day.

We fill acidified or naturally acid beverages of pH ≤4.1 and low-acid beverages of any pH with an Aw (water activity) of 0.85 or lower. We fill protein beverages.

We don’t fill cans at this time but have on the schedule installation of can line for sleek 12oz cans in 2026.

Inherent in any process authorized by our Process Authority (Deibel Labs) is a minimum 24 month microbial stability. We have stability chamber to make accelerated stability testing of colors and flavors. For stability testing of active ingredients such as vitamins, we use an outside laboratory.
• Produce prototypes to generate interest and awareness prior to manufacturing
Part of our co-packing charge is lab samples prior to manufacturing. But we can also produce prototypes for a fee.
• Manufacture the smallest quantity possible of any beverage until a proven sales pattern is established

Yes we make a new customer aware of this issue. If necessary we make a 1-3 month accelerated stability test (40ºC) for the customer to be aware of the fading of natural colors.
