PREPARING FOR YOUR BEVERAGE PRODUCTION

To help ensure that your ingredients, packaging components, and other materials are received, identified, and ready when your production is scheduled, please follow the guidelines below.

Sending Ingredients and Components

All shipments should clearly identify the company or brand for which the materials are intended. Please address shipments as follows:

    Nutrition Laboratories

    Attn: [Your Company Name]

    2151 Logan Street

    Clearwater, FL 33765

Please make sure your company name is also shown on the packing slip and, whenever practical, on individual pallets, cartons, or containers. This is especially important when materials are shipped directly to us by one of your suppliers.

Production Materials Receiving List

Before shipping your materials, please email us a Production Materials Receiving List covering everything you will be sending for your production run. The list should include all applicable:

    Ingredients

    Bottles

    Caps or closures

    Labels

    Cartons and cases

    Inserts

Shrink bands, seals, or other packaging components

Any other customer-supplied materials required for production

For each item, please include the description, quantity being shipped, supplier, and expected arrival date (ETA).

We use this list to confirm quantities as materials arrive, identify any missing items, and segregate your materials in your assigned warehouse location.

If an expected delivery date changes, please let us know so that we can keep our receiving records and production planning current.

Receiving Hours

Our receiving hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The plant is closed for lunch between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. A receiving appointment is normally not necessary. Delivery trucks do not need a lift gate, as we have dock-height receiving facilities.

Certificates and Documentation

When applicable, please make sure that required documentation accompanies your ingredients or is emailed to us before production. This may include:

    Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

    Allergen information

    Organic certificates or documentation

    Kosher documentation

    Specifications or technical data sheets

Providing these documents in advance helps prevent delays in releasing materials for production.

Component Delivery Coordinator

Questions regarding incoming ingredients, packaging components, delivery dates, or receiving should be directed to:

    Yolis Lopez

    Office Manager

    officeadmin@nutritionlaboratories.us

Labels

Labels must be submitted to our Quality Control Department for review before they are printed. This helps identify potential FDA labeling issues before labels are produced and delivered to our facility.

Please send label artwork or proofs to:

    Anay Carbonell

    Director of Quality Control

    qc@nutritionlaboratories.us

Please allow sufficient time for review and any necessary revisions before your scheduled production date.

Before Production

Production can be scheduled most efficiently once all required ingredients, packaging components, labels, and applicable documentation have been received and approved. We recommend allowing sufficient time between the expected arrival of your final components and your planned production date to resolve any shortages, shipping damage, documentation issues, or other unexpected problems.
